I love polka dots, and these irregular polka dots have so much character! The background color is a periwinkle blue that has a very slight grey cast to it. The polka dots are soft white. This would make a lovely blouse, or really fun culottes - or whatever you can dream up! The fabric has a soft hand and a nice drape. Pre-washed.
