This lightweight maroon wool twill is so soft and nice to touch! The face of the fabric is slightly brushed whereas the back has a slightly hard finish. And it has just a bit of structure without being stiff. You could take it in a traditional direction and make a jacket or skirt. But I keep imagining a dress with soft styling.
