This is a gorgeous very low pile silk and rayon velvet. It’s supple but not limp. And of course, it feels divine to the touch. The color is a clear dark steel grey. It’s thin and pliable enough to gather and pleat. It would make an adorable pleated skirt, a lightweight jacket, and a knock-out dress. It would also combine beautifully with a variety of other fabrics.
