This is a very high end, exquisite crimp / pleated netting that I used in a wedding dress (see photo). The color is soft white. The netting holds its shape without being stiff. Use it as a decorative element in a garment, as an overlay on a dress or skirt, or as a crinoline under a dress or skirt.

If you are interested: To produce this type of crimping, flat netting is layered on paper and then the netting and paper are crimped together. So the paper is very cool looking! If you want the paper as well as the netting, please add a note in your order (otherwise the paper will be discarded).
