This is a really yummy piece of tweed — somewhere between light- and medium- weight. It’s not at all bulky, and it’s not scratchy either. To add to its wonderful qualities, it’s got a bit of drape rather than being stiff. For garments, it would make a fabulous sheath dress, lightweight jacket, or skirt (either straight or a flirty fit-n-flare). But you could also make a casual garment like a shirt jacket. Whereas the overall look of the fabric is brown, there are tones of butterscotch, green, and gold. So much fun to experiment what to pair with it — many of the solids fabrics in this month’s offering are so nice with it!
